What is Naam Yoga?

Naam Yoga combines breathwork, movement, mudra therapy, and sound vibrations in order to bring the body into harmony, promoting self-healing and vibrant health in the process. ‘Naam’ refers to a creative sound current present in the sacred mantra that allows your body to act as an instrument to awaken you. Naam Yoga was founded by Dr. Joseph Michael Levry and aims to unite the spiritual doctrines of the East and the West.
